Our Programs

Business Work Based Learning

In partnership with Knox St. Studios, we have been awarded a grant from the NC Department of Commerce to effect positive change towards bridging the gap in access to skill development and  growth opportunities for small- and micro-businesses, particularly those navigating the challenges exacerbated by  the pandemic. The Division of Workforce Solutions (DWS), entrusted with $2 million in ARPA funds, has  championed this initiative as part of North Carolina’s “First in Talent” Plan and Governor Cooper’s NC Job Ready  initiative. We are focusing the skills building on high demand, high paying skills like cybersecurity and artificial intelligence. It will help businesses as well as individuals to acquire these skills to make them more competitive.

“We have committed ourselves to innovative partnering with passionate partners like Knox St. Studios to bring equitable solutions to underserved businesses and underrepresented talent in the IT industry. We know that digital transformation for small business is essential to their ability to compete and thrive in the current market. Also, cybersecurity competence is critical to their resilience in the most hostile economic conditions in a century.” , says Kevin Robinson, RTriad CTO

Our commitment to developing people, using technology.

We have been developing innovative programs developing people for the "future of work". We have worked with interns, externship, Pre-Apprentices and Apprentices. Helping people gain Industry certifications from leading vendors like Microsoft, ISC2 and CompTIA. We are paving the way to introduce record numbers of IT professionals from under-recognized communities. We have not done this in isolation, but have forged multi-stakeholder collaborations all along the way. The so called "IT Skills Gap" is larger that any one organization can fill, so please join us. We can use all of the help we can get!

Having Intentional Impact

Real People, Real Tech, Real Talk

After gaining a Master's degree in Cybersecurity and still unable to land a roll, find out what closed the gap!

Proximity to Experts

Regular connection to experts and mentors accelerate progress of new career seekers. We started doing what we called Ninja calls, years ago!

Career Conversations

We spend the majority of our time preparing people for the work environment. Working in Tech requires a "growth mindset" and strong determination to succeed, confidence!

Thought Leadership and Sustained Engagement

Building Scale

Working with CompTIA we are able to create scale. With the number of unfilled technology roles in the US, we must collaborate with others to develop affordable solutions for employers to meet their technology demands to grow and protect their businesses.

Skills Gap or Opportunity Gap?

It's time that we faced the facts. It is not that people can't learn these skills. The fact is that they have not had the opportunity or the exposure to the people and environments where they can develop these skills.

New Definition of an Expert!

Can you learn?

Can you apply what you learn?

Can you learn to minimize the impact of your mistakes?

If we are to learn, we must experiment and fail. Traditional education creates an opposite orientation which makes us uncomfortable with failure.
